• Clients are placed on a first come, first served basis

• Full payment required within ten days of placement notice

• Payment by cash or personal check; credit cards not accepted

• Check in and departure time is to be arranged with individual host

• Refund of payment (minus a $25 cancellation fee per room) up until 10 days prior to the first night of your stay

• In the event of a homeowner emergency, we reserve the right to re-locate a client
